as u know we will be handing over to the 09 batch in less than a mths time..
precious time and memories will be with us all the time..

but we are still the current EXCO...
WE HAVE NOT PASS DOWN...

first of all...
there will be a meeting on the 27 Feb...
which is also this coming friday..
individual appointment holder in EXCO are suppose to prepare a gift...
if u dont know about it...

another thing to add....
on that that will be one of our sisters birthday..
so if u have presents to give to her..
please get give it to her during the meeting..

it will be held during 7 March...
all EXCO 08 are suppose to bring your black EXCO shirt and ur couple shirt..
for all UGs, PLEASE BRING YOUR FULL UNIFORM...
Ma wants to take a picture of us together with her(GG uni) all in UNIFORM...
and we can do our thing on that day too..

As per normal, latecomers will get something special from Vivian. And, remember to eat before going to the meeting as we are most probably not gna have lunch, so better come w a full stomach ya?

Hi all, sorry haven't been able to update you all. Due to the NPCC camp, 7 of you will leave on the 19th Oct. Teacher who will accompany you will be Mr Peter Tan Chien Huah.

For the rest, we leave on 18th Oct (but must be at the airport on 17th Oct 11pm I think... exact time to be confirmed). I don't know where the list for the groups we formed is, the last time we met. So can someone please do up another and email it to the rest of us.

I have attached the itinerary... hopefully it gets thru cos the file is qte big. We will meet on the last Friday of the exam 10th Oct for a briefing with your parents. Students will come at 6pm for Japanese lessons and parents can come at 7pm for the briefing by the tour agent. Please alert your parents. I will try to prepare letters and will email you or tell one of you when it is ready for collection.

Remember we must prepare an item and with all the info you have in the itinerary, you can prepare the 5 areas of Academic Excellence, Character Development, Active Citizenry, Organisational Excellence and Capacity Building. These will be incorporated throughout the days that we are there.

The cost...sigh we must really really pray that we get the Jenesys subsidy..results will be known to us by Friday.

Don't let the trip distract you from your exams yah - instead it should MOTIVATE you to do better and really WORK Hard to SCORE..only then can you really enjoy Japan.

Greetings to all my lovely sons and daughters!(:

it has a been a joy and honour to work with you guys! (really) like i've said, without any one of you, my dream of having the first EXCO 2008 will never ever come true.
i have been strict at times and i am sorry if i have ever scolded or offended anyone of you guys. like i said, my intentions are basically to make sure you guys improve as a leader.
and im sure i have succeeded!
to all my lovely leaders here, should you guys encounter any problems or obstacles in the future, do remember:
YOU'RE A LEADER WHO CAN ENDURE A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G! all you have to do is to maintain the 'BRING IT ON, BABY' attitude!

once again, thank you so much for enduring and suffering with me for the nine months. YOU GUYS ROCK!

to Japan end of this year!!! During October that was what

Things to take note:
-Don't be too overjoyed till you can't sleep
-Don't go around slapping people out of joy *looks at that somebody* or just to make sure it is reality..
-This Wed, 27/8/08 during Assembly Period, kindly proceed to 4C classroom
for a briefing on the trip. The destination is not confirmed yet so we might
have the 'honour' of picking the choice (: PLEASE PLEASE remember the meeting. If
you do not appear and you can't get to go, i can't do anything about it..

so now i shall start about teacher's day...

there will be afew more rehearsal that would be held in school...

there would be a total of two more rehearsal before the actual preformance which would be on friday...

1)Saturday [normal] (8am - 12am)

2)Wednesday [Full-dress] (4.30pm - 6pm)

As for this Saturday, you are expected to come wearing the exco shirt, black PE shorts and white shoe. your must also bring all your colouring materials, decorative materials and anything you can think of that could help out. attire mus be proper as there will be ALOT of IMPORTANT people there. Eg Ms Abraham, Ms Zubaidah and people from MOE.

Job Allocation for the rehearsals (OIC Chun Ping):

=>Clothe sewing and colouring - all those not stated below (shahirah IC)

=>PA - Alfred, Farhana, Mark

=>MC - Aaron, Farzanah

=>Profermance IC - Syirene, Dylan, Joshua

=>Not Included - Aaron, Radin, Hamdan

(all PA, MC, Band preformers, Profermance IC, Chun Ping mus reach the school at 7am)

so now you would all know when is the rehearsal and what are you suppose to do. if you got anything to ask you can message/ call either me or Nadhirah or Chun Ping. As for what you all should do on the acutal day, vivian me nad and chun ping will discuss and tell u on a later date. ...
